Our Proven Method
Torch-on waterproofing cannot be installed over unknown or compromised substrates — correct preparation and detailing are critical.
1. Strip & Inspect
Existing waterproofing is removed to allow full inspection of the substrate. This ensures hidden defects, trapped moisture, and failed detailing are identified before new work begins.
2. Preparation & Drainage Detailing
Falls, outlets, upstands, and junctions are checked and corrected where required to ensure effective drainage and prevent water pooling.
3. Torch-On Waterproofing Installation
High-performance torch-on membranes are applied using controlled torch bonding, with fully sealed overlaps and secure terminations to form a continuous waterproof barrier.
4. Final Detailing & Protection
All penetrations, edges, and transitions are carefully detailed to ensure long-term performance under thermal movement and UV exposure.
