WHY SHOWERS LEAK
Shower leaks are rarely caused by surface tiles alone. Failure usually occurs beneath the tiles, allowing moisture to escape into surrounding walls and floors.

HOW WE FIX IT - PROPERLY
Shower leaks cannot be resolved with surface repairs — failed waterproofing must be removed and replaced with a continuous system.

1. Inspection & Diagnosis
We assess the shower layout, drainage, falls, and surrounding moisture levels to identify the true source of the leak before any work begins.

2. Removal of Failed Waterproofing
Existing tiles, screeds, and failed waterproofing layers are removed to expose the substrate and eliminate trapped moisture.

3. Correct Preparation & Drain Detailing
The shower base is reformed to correct falls. Where required, a new waste trap is installed and detailed correctly to ensure effective drainage and long-term performance.

4. Seamless Cementitious Waterproofing
A high-quality cementitious waterproofing system is applied to the shower base and up surrounding walls, forming a seamless internal barrier before retiling.
